Con prove specifiche per la sicurezza, ogni prodotto prima della consegna viene sottoposto ad un collaudo finale. Ciascuna stufa viene sottoposta alle prove di isolamento, di dispersione e di rigidità. Seguono i test di funzionamento: potenza assorbita e i paramentri di funzionamento per la prima accensione. Un report e un codice di riconoscimento per l’identificazione delle prove superate viene conservato nel nostro dipartimento produttivo. Anche il cliente Adler può rilevare sul corpo della sua stufa il codice identificativo prova tangibile dell’avvenuto test.

Our staff takes particular care of the safety of the products and all units are checked and tested before being packed. Each stove is checked with earth, spread and rigidity tests joined by a check of the functions of the product and in particular of the power input and the parameters setting for the first switching on.Our production department keeps a test report and a code identifying the tests made on the product. Adler customers can see this identifying code on their stoves and therefore they get a proof of the performed test session.

Il prodotto finito viene sottoposto ad un’attenta analisi termodinamica, presso il nostro laboratorio, dotato di un sistema di analisi calorimetrica. Le camere calorimetriche lavorano per bilanciamento termico, ovvero vanno a contrastare energeticamente le temperature create dal prodotto in modo da mantenere costanti le condizioni iniziali creando una sorta di equilibrio statico prolungato e continuo nel tempo. All’interno della camera è presente anche una galleria dell’aria: un’apparecchiatura in grado di analizzare e rilevare, tramite appositi boccagli:
- la portata d’aria;
- la temperatura risultante.
In seguito verrà rilasciato un report dettagliato con elencati:
- tutte le potenze;
- gli assorbimenti;
- le temperature.

The finished product is checked with a thermodynamic analysis in our laboratory where we use a calorimetric analysis system.The calorimetric rooms use a process of thermal balancing: they create an energy contrast with the temperature produced by the functioning appliance in order to keep the thermal conditions steady and get a sort of long-lasting static equilibrium. In the calorimetric room we also have a sort of “air tunnel”: through some special flow nozzles, this device can check and perceive the following data:
- the air flow;
- the resulting temperature.
A subsequent detailed report will register the following information:
- all working powers;
- all absorptions;
- the temperatures.

La garanzia dei prodotti Adler ha validità fino a 5 anni dal momento dell’acquisto, se vengono rispettati tutti gli interventi di manutenzione previsti.Il prodotto Adler ha una assistenza a vita: un magazzino di ben 10.000 metri cubi informatizzato offre 20.000 articoli ed è in grado di fornire ogni ricambio per almeno 10 anni dalla vendita del prodotto oltre a tutto il materiale di consumo necessario per l’installazione. Il database di assistenza elenca in un apposito report ogni intervento realizzato, in questo modo sarà possibile consigliare al cliente, la manutenzione programmata che preserva il prodotto dai cali di rendimento evitando ogni spreco di energia.

The guarantee on Adler units is valid up to 5 years from purchase date, if all the required maintenance interventions are properly performed. In any case Adler products are granted all life long: a computerized warehouse of 10.000 cubic meters offers 20.000 items and can supply spare parts and installation accessories for at least 10 years after the purchase date. Our assistance database keeps a report registering all the interventions on the product. In this way we can inform the customer about the maintenance of the products which prevents the unit from lower performances and energy waste.
